SALON AND SPA POLICY

Notes about your 1st visit: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to service/treatment to allow time for any paperwork need.

Discounts and Coupons: One coupon per customer. One coupon per visit. No double discounting at any time.

Expired 2nd party vouchers may be used for the valued paid only on full price salon and spa services.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24 hours notice for individual services and packages. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment. 

No-shows Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. After two No-Shows we will be forced to apply the full service fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Complaint on Service: Everyone at A Touch of Heaven is an independent contractor. If you are unhappy for any reason with service it is up to that individual to correct service. WE DO NOT GIVE ANY REFUNDS.

Gift Card Policy: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. All gift card sales are final. Lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable. Expired Gift Certificates are voided and cannot be redeemed. Gift Cards for Salon & Spa can only be used for spa and salon services. Gift Cards for Boutique may only be used on Boutique items. No discounts or coupons can be applied to the purchase of services on gift certificates.

Payment: A Touch of Heaven accepts Cash or Checks ($45 fee for returned Checks). For medical massage we are able to accept health savings.

We also take Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is a minimum of $10 for all Credit Card transactions. As well as A Touch of Heaven gift cards and certificates.
